HEX is the most common color format for web development. It represents colors as a six-digit hexadecimal code prefixed with #. Each pair of digits represents the red, green, and blue channels. HEX is compact and universally supported in CSS, HTML, and design tools.
RGB represents colors using decimal values for red, green, and blue channels, each ranging from 0 to 255. This format is used in CSS (`rgb(r, g, b)`) and is the native color model for digital displays. It's intuitive for understanding how much of each primary color is present.
HSL stands for Hue, Saturation, and Lightness. Hue is a degree on the color wheel (0-360), Saturation is the intensity (0-100%), and Lightness is the brightness (0-100%). HSL is often more intuitive for adjusting colors because you can easily create lighter or darker shades.
